Coach Christian Rogers brings a comprehensive volleyball background combined with a strong leadership presence to his role as Head Coach. With four years of competitive playing experience at Clearview Regional High School—including three years on the varsity team—Christian developed a deep understanding of the game from an early age.

In addition to his high school career, Coach Rogers has honed his skills through two years of grass volleyball and multiple seasons competing in men’s and coed leagues. This broad exposure to different formats and styles of play has enriched his coaching perspective, allowing him to adapt strategies and techniques to suit a wide range of athletes and situations.

Known for his ability to connect with players and foster growth both on and off the court, Coach Rogers emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and continuous development. His diverse playing experience, combined with his passion for mentoring athletes, equips him to lead teams with confidence and cultivate a positive, competitive culture.

As an EVA Head Coach, Christian is committed to helping each player reach their full potential, building not only skilled volleyball players but also strong teammates and leaders. His goal is to inspire hard work, resilience, and a love for the game at every level of the program.
