General program questions
A travel volleyball club is a competitive program where teams play in regional and national tournaments outside of the school season. Players commit to training, traveling, and competing at a high level.
We typically offer teams for girls and boys ages 13 through 18, based on USA Volleyball age divisions.
Yes! We offer programs including clinics, leagues and other training for players ages 11-18 during each season of the year.
Club volleyball offers more intensive training, more matches, and opportunities to compete against top players outside your school district or region. It also allows for more individualized skill development and college exposure.
Tryouts & Team Selection
Tryouts are typically held in late Summer/early Fall, depending on the age group and region. Please see our website and social media for more detailed updates as the season approaches.
Players are evaluated on their skill level, athleticism, coachability, and positional needs for the team.
Coaches and evaluators form teams based on skill level, team needs, and positional balance. For those who are selected and given an offer, we aim to place players where they will thrive and develop.
If a player is not selected, we offer feedback and recommendations, and some seasons include training programs or alternate opportunities.
Commitment & Expectations
Teams typically practice 2–3 times per week and attend tournaments on weekends. Travel teams may require overnight stays and out-of-state travel.
The girls club season usually runs from December through May, while the boys club season usually runs from October through March - depending on whether the team attends national tournaments.
Yes. Consistent attendance is expected for team development and fairness. Absences should be communicated well in advance.

Yes, players will travel with their parents/guardians for each tournament. Many players may coordinate carpool opportunities throughout the season.

Costs & Payments
Costs vary by age group and team level. Fees generally include uniforms, coaching, gym rental, tournament entry fees, and administrative costs. Travel and lodging are additional.
Yes, we offer payment plans. Limited financial aid or fundraising opportunities may also be available.
College Recruiting
Yes! We provide guidance on film highlights, overall strategies and support through the recruiting process. We provide additional information to recruiting opportunities including showcase tournaments specifically for exposure.

Other Questions
Players need volleyball shoes, knee pads, water bottles, and personal gear. Uniforms are purchased as part of the club team package.
We support well-rounded athletes, but expect communication and a strong commitment to volleyball during the club season!
