Club Director, 15 Gold Head Coach

Coach Kierstyn Koutsogiannis returns as the Head Coach of Eastern Volleyball Academy’s 15 Gold team and continues to serve as one of the club’s Co-Directors. Now entering her eighth season with EVA, Coach Kierstyn has been a driving force in the development of athletes and the overall direction of the program.

A proud Williamstown High School alum, Coach Kierstyn was a multi-sport varsity athlete and team captain before choosing to pursue volleyball at the collegiate level. She played at Rowan University, where she earned her degree in Marketing with a minor in Sports Communication.

Off the court, Coach Kierstyn brings valuable leadership experience from her roles at Steel Sports and now as a Graduate Coordinator at Rowan University, where she is currently pursuing her MBA. Her coaching background includes both club and high school volleyball, and she remains a strong advocate for well-rounded, multi-sport athletes.

Known for her energy, organization, and commitment to her players, Coach Kierstyn creates an environment where athletes are challenged to grow—technically, mentally, and personally. Her leadership continues to be an asset to the EVA community, and we’re proud to have her at the helm again this season.
