Club Director, 16 Gold Head Coach
Coach Kierstyn Koutsogiannis returns as the Head Coach of Eastern Volleyball Academy’s 16 Gold team while continuing her role as one of the club’s Co-Directors. Entering her ninth season with EVA, Coach Kierstyn plays a vital role in shaping the vision and operations of the club.
A proud Williamstown High School alum, she was a multi-sport varsity athlete and team captain before continuing her volleyball career at Rowan University. While attending, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Sports Communication, followed by a Master’s in Business Administration.
Outside of coaching, Coach Kierstyn brings valuable leadership experience through roles at Steel Sports, Rowan University, and the University of Delaware. Her coaching background spans both club and high school volleyball, and she is a strong advocate for developing well-rounded, multi-sport athletes.
Known for her energy, organization, and dedication to her players, Coach Kierstyn creates an environment that challenges athletes to grow both on and off the court—technically, mentally, and personally. Her leadership continues to be a tremendous asset to the EVA community, and we’re excited to have her leading the 16 Gold team again this season.
