Coach Mike Martino returns to Eastern Volleyball Academy as an Assistant Coach for the 18 Gold Team, continuing to bring energy, dedication, and firsthand experience to the gym. A proud Williamstown native, Coach Mike played volleyball at Williamstown High School and was a member of EVA’s first-ever boys team. Mike played a key role in launching the boys program and has remained an integral part of its growth ever since.

Mike recently completed his collegiate playing career with the men’s indoor volleyball team at Widener University and is now pursuing his graduate degree. In addition to his studies, he serves as an Assistant Coach for the Widener University women’s volleyball team, further expanding his coaching experience at the collegiate level.

With over five years of coaching experience in both indoor and beach volleyball, Coach Mike brings a well-rounded, player-centered approach to training. He’s known for his enthusiasm, technical insight, and ability to connect with athletes. As both a former EVA player and now a coach, he’s passionate about giving back to the program that helped launch his volleyball journey. We’re excited to have him on staff for another impactful season.
